Service Contract Schemes
The majority of our customers opt for one of our Service Contract Schemes. At entry level, our Bronze contract provides basic support and leading up to the Platinum package providing four planned maintenance visits a year that include validation tests to HTM 2010 and HTM 2030 protocols, emergency breakdown call-outs and a response time within 24 hours.
