  1. Exit Junction 24 Newport
  2. Take A449 Monmouth Dual Carraigeway for approx 5 miles
  3. A472 Usk
  4. 1 mile into village, beware of speed cameras near school
  5. Turn right at Three Salmons Hotel B4598 Abergavenny
  6. Follow road for 1 mile, at left turning for Llancayo Farm, follow sweeping driveway to T-Junction
  7. Turn right into Llancayo Court
  8. Audere Medical Services are located in the Right Hand Side of the Square
