Maintenance, Validation & Certification
We employ a team of 20 technicians covering the length and breadth of the UK. We provide high quality service and an emergency response facility as required by our clients.
All our technicians are registered with the Engineering Council and are members of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management. All are Manufacturer Trained including the latest CPD Accreditation.
Client requests are received at our Head Office, immediately assessed by our Senior Technicians and then allocated to the relevant member of the Service team operating in the users region. It is an established process ensuring maximum speed and efficiency to minimise disruption to client.
Service and support is either provided by means of a tailored Service Contract Scheme or can be on a call out basis.
All our clients benefit from our ISO 9001 accreditation which ensures full traceability of all works and administration duties.
Continual CPD and routine training ensure that our technicians are up to date with the latest regulations and HTM updates, including HTM 01-05.
