The New Generation Autoclave
Combining state-of-the-art technology and Tecno-Gaz's experience as a market leading manufacturer of Autoclaves, the Aura project will revolutionise the sterilization process and provide users with extremely reliable, accurate and effective autoclaves that will save on service costs and guarantee the operators safety.
The Aura is the next generation of autoclaves and will include the following functions as standard:
Automated Updates and Technical Support
Each Aura autoclave can be connected to the Tecno-Gaz server enabling service and maintenance teams to monitor the equipments performance and diagnose any technical faults. This is achieved using the Aura's interactive flash memory which will record and report the equipment's functional data and systems.
When connected, the Aura will automatically contact the service centre if its advanced capillary and self diagnosis system reports a fault. The operator will also have the option to order spare parts and accessories.
Wireless Hand Held Control
In a busy working environment it isn't always convenient or indeed practical to physically check the autoclave during a cycle.
The Aura is equipped with a wireless hand held unit that enables operators to:
- select cycles and start the autoclave at a distance
- have visual control at a distance of the performance and the status of the autoclave
- know when the autoclave has completed a cycle through both visual and vibration alerts on the wireless hand held control.
These options allow the operators to know the status of the cycle and to have the control of the autoclave even if they are not near the autoclave.
The ‘speaking' Autoclave
The operator of the autoclave can receive audio instructions from the autoclave relating to its useage. Information will be provided regarding the performance of the autoclave as well as alerts regarding any technical problems.
Automatic Door Locking System
The Aura features an advanced door locking system that uses an electronic and dynamic mechanism managed by the vacuum pump. This allows a perfect locking even if the gasket is old or worn. This solution has several safety systems and will guarantee to lock the door during cycles.
Memory Card
Operators will also be able to collect and manage data related to the cycles and monitoring of the autoclave using an SD memory card supplied with the Aura.
