We offer our customers a wide range of options regarding the servicing and maintenance of equipment. All of the services we provide are performed by our own in-house team of technicians who are directly employed by TecnoMed and manufacturer trained.

Our nationwide team of skilled service technicians are supported by technical engineers based at the Usk headquarters in Monmouthshire . In addition to supporting Tecno-Gaz equipment, we are able to offer a variety of services on other manufacturers' autoclaves, washer disinfectors and laboratory equipment.

We also hold stocks of spare parts and pride ourselves on the speed and quality of response that we are able to offer.

Emergency Breakdown Service
Either as part of your Service Contract Scheme package or on an individual call out basis, our technicians are on hand to minimise any disruption caused by equipment failure.
Installation and Commissioning
Detailed site surveys, effective project management and in depth training, provide the basis of the installation and commissioning team.
Service Contract Schemes
Our comprehensive range of service and maintenance contracts ensures the efficient, accurate performance of your equipment.
Supply of genuine manufacturer spares
General consumables are in stock and overnight delivery is available. All spares are genuine manufacturer guaranteed goods. Express despatch with full traceability of delivery protocols.
Friendly and efficient staff to help identify and ship consumables to a deadline.
Technical Helpline
Our technical helpline will work with you to diagnose and repair problems as well as provide technical advice and support.
Thermometric load tests and validations
The effectiveness of all products operating cycles is tested and validated using a full thermometric profile.
Training
Operator training is included when we install our equipment. Further training can be provided for specific requests and on an ad-hoc basis.
Validation of Calibration
This service is included in some of our Service Contract Schemes and is also available independently.
Weekly/Quarterly/Annual Service & Testing to HTM 2010 and 2030
This service is included in some of our Service Contract Schemes and is also available independently to suit client requirements.
